Sebrinah's Tomato Rice Recipe

My version of the current trending "Tomato  Rice" recipe.
My first attempt at this trending recipe. Searched on Facebook groups for some tips and pointers. Like how to avoid soggy rice or how make it more flavorful and etc.


Ingredients: (2/3pax)
-Basmathi Rice 2 cups
-Water 2 1/2 cups (use the same cup as the rice)
-Half white Onion (diced them up as small as possible)
-Farms best chicken meatballs x 10pcs (diced)
-Pork bacon
-1 med tomato
-10 cherry tomato
-Olive oil 1 tbsp
-Salt 1 pinch
-Black pepper (estimate ur own)

FYI:
If using normal rice then need 
2 cup rice = 1 1/2 water cos tomato has natural water in it that will ooze out later on and basmathi rice need more water.


Steps:
Throw everything in the rice cooker n cook. Once done mix everything up inside the rice pot. Ready to be served. Fry an egg as a nice side dish. 


This recipe serves 2 to 3 pax. Me and hubby are big eaters btw.
