Sebrinah's Scrambled Egg Recipe
Quick and simple, don't need to spend too much time on this.
Ingredients :
- 2 to 3 eggs
- A handful of (either one) cooked ham, bacon bits or raw minced meat of your choice (luncheon meat also can)
- Oil of your choice (Olive oil for healthier choice or butter for aromatic choice)
1. Prepare the ingredients aside
2. Pour oil into wok, fry the handful of meat first till cooked or slightly golden (Optional : U can add onions if u want)
3. Pour the eggs in the wok (u can mix them up or u can just crack the eggs in it without mixing)
4. Mix them and let it sit like a pancake for a while. When the bottom does not stick slowly turn the eggs over. If it's too huge you can break into half and turn it one by one.
5. Press down on the egg to make sure there's no more runny egg coming out from the sides. Goes to show that it's already cooked inside.
Serve it while it's hot.
Seasoning :
You can serve with ketchup or chilli or mayo. For a simple chinese touch, pour light soya sauce on a teaspoon and add white pepper powder to it, stir it a lil wit a fork or knife and then slowly pour over the egg. Don't overdo on the light soya sauce, because it can be salty!
