Nothing beats homecooked soup! Simple and easy to make. No other seasoning (maybe just fish oil sauce) required.
Ingredients (For 2-3 pax)
Chicken Ribs & Thighs (Cut in bite size or 1 pc per pax)
2-3 Med Tomatoes
Optional : Fish Oil Sauce, Salt
Preparations
1. Cut the tomatoes in 4 halves
2. Once water is boiled, place chickens and tomatoes in to simmer on low flame.
3. Serve them hot & Enjoy!
Optional : Marinate chicken in salt (not too much, just dab some salt all over for an hour or so - overnight will be better)
Optional : Add fish oil sauce if soup is bland. Taste as u add. (This happens if there's too much water)
