My favourite snack from BarBQ Plaza, they called it "Bacon rolls" on their menu, I call it Bacon wapped Enoki Mushroom...
Ingredients
Enoki mushroom x 1 packet
Streaky bacons x 4 slices per pack of mushroom
Preparation
1. Prepare the ingredients (Wash those mushrooms and split to 4 bundles)
2. Start with the ends of the mushrooms and start wrapping with 1 streak of bacon till the mushrooms is fully wrapped
3. Place them in the AF at 180° for 10min. At 5min take them out and turn them over like in the picture to even the browning on the back.
4. Served them hot/warm with sauce of your liking or can eat on its own.
