They will be collaborating on launching an all new on-board dining experience for ANA's Business Class customers flying from Kuala Lumpur to Tokyo (Haneda Airport and Narita International Airport).
Chef Nao Takeshita, head chef of Zipangu at Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur; is renowned for his unique take of a much-revered cuisine with over 25 years of culinary experience including 20 years with Nadaman restaurants in Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka. This inspired him to create more delicious and memorable dishes and with his talent and expertise, it has led him to curate the perfect menu in just three months!
